Qualifications

• Experience in general apartment maintenance or similar trades.
• Strong work ethic and scheduling flexibility.
• Friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors in all weather.
• Basic toolset or willingness to acquire one.

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance requests including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC, and more.
• Prepare apartment homes for move-in with quality and efficiency.
• Maintain property appearance and functionality from breezeways to lighting.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain safety, stay organized, and deliver excellent customer service as part of a team.
