Chandler Residential is seeking a dependable Service Technician for Bridlewood Apartments in Conyers, GA. You will handle maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and HVAC, while preparing homes for move-in and maintaining curb appeal.

Ideal candidates have apartment maintenance experience, a strong work ethic, and customer-focused service. Must lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in all weather; a basic toolset is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's appearance and functionality—from pressure-washing breezeways to ensuring lights are shining bright.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Keep safety top-of-mind, stay organized, and deliver top-notch customer service as part of a team.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexibility required)
On-call hours as scheduled
