Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to upkeep, repair, and troubleshoot facility equipment, machinery, and structures. You will perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies to minimize downtime.

The role requires multi-trade experience—electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical—plus hands-on use of hand and power tools. A strong focus on safety, record-keeping, and teamwork with internal and external stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a similar environment.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to analyze issues and minimize downtime.
• Ability to work with team members, leaders, and contractors.
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Diagnose, repair, or replace broken parts in machinery and structures.
• Maintain production machinery, robots, and conveyors.
• Perform general repairs such as painting, drywall, carpentry, landscaping or snow removal.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and inventory.
• Other tasks assigned.
