Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance including preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial/commercial facilities.
• Ability to read job specifications, measurements blueprints, and drawings.
• High school diploma or GED required; specialty certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and related specialties.
• Repair, detect malfunctions, and regularly maintain equipment and facilities.
• Work independently to complete projects and coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and follow safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Analyze repair requests and troubleshoot; provide accurate diagnostics.
