Job summary

Sares Regis Group seeks a Maintenance Technician II for a 116-unit community in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities include turnover and ongoing maintenance, with duties spanning electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and HVAC. After-hours coverage is required as scheduled, and strong customer service is essential.

The role offers a Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule with a pay range of $25.00–$27.00 per hour and a benefits package including a 401(k) match and rental incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• 1 year experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and MSDS.
• Ability to read and interpret service orders and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Works on turnover and renovation units and responds to service requests.
• Performs repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, appliances, boilers and HVAC systems.
• Operates tools and machines to repair or fabricate parts and fixtures.
• Maintains inventory and related paperwork.
