Job summary

Haug Kubota is seeking a skilled technician to diagnose and repair Kubota engines, transmissions, electrical and hydraulic systems. You will perform preventive service, pre-delivery work, and recondition used equipment, while documenting all work thoroughly.

You’ll load/unload equipment, maintain a clean workspace, and promote the dealership to customers. A valid driver’s license is required and CDL is preferred; 1+ years of experience or a technical degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience or technical college degree or certification preferred.
• Experience managing technicians in a shop setting.
• Experience with repair, service, and maintenance.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Experience with basic computer functions.
• Experience using computer based diagnostic tools preferred.
• Able to lift, bend, and carry.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose engines, transmissions, electrical, hydraulic systems and determine required repairs.
• Perform preventative service inspections.
• Set up and perform pre-delivery on new equipment.
• Recondition used equipment.
• Load and unload equipment as needed.
• Provide complete work order documentation on diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and time worked.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Promote dealership to customers including sales, service, and parts.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
