MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Prelude at the Park in Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate will have multi-trade experience and provide excellent customer service while maintaining apartment communities.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, completing service requests, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and handling on-call emergencies. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other trades.
• Customer-focused, flexible, and able to work in a team.
• Consent to possible audio recordings during duties.
• Reliable transportation and on-call rotation availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances and perform basic trades.
• Paint interiors and turnovers of apartments.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls.
