SRG Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician I for our Ontario, CA community. This role covers turnover and renovation work, responds to service requests, and supports both internal and external repairs.

Candidates should have hands-on experience across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, appliances, boilers, and HVAC. Weekend work is required; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, rental incentives, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and appliances.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and MSDS guidelines.
• Ability to read service orders and safety manuals; communicate clearly.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Work on turnover and renovation units and respond to maintenance requests.
• Perform external and internal repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, appliances, boilers and HVAC.
• Participate in emergency and after-hours coverage as required.
• Operate tools and machines to repair or fabricate parts and fixtures.
• Maintain inventory and related paperwork; keep facilities orderly.
