Landings Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Trades Technician to service our Middleborough, MA apartment communities. The role emphasizes hands-on carpentry and skilled trades, with versatile tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general upkeep.

You’ll handle turns, repairs, and preventative maintenance, contributing to a well‑maintained portfolio. The position involves a 24‑hour response window, seasonal duties, and an on‑call rotation including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade schooling a plus.
• 3+ years in multi-family maintenance, construction, or a single skilled trade.
• Solid carpentry skills including framing, finishing, cabinetry, drywall, or similar work.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools; able to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns with focus on carpentry and skilled trades (doors, cabinets, trim, drywall, painting).
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues.
• Complete work orders promptly, typical 24-hour turnaround.
• Participate in rotating emergency on-call schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Support seasonal property needs, including snow removal and other tasks.
