Qualifications

• Basic tile removal and grout work.
• Basic plumbing tasks (faucets, toilets).
• Basic electrical tasks (bulbs, outlets).
• Drywall patching and texture matching.
• Follow client-specific instructions and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Call client location in advance for all work orders.
• Bring necessary tools for each job site.
• Prepare and sign off paperwork with client and manager.
• Introduce yourself to store manager or MOD and explain visit.
• Take before/after photos and obtain signatures on paperwork.
• Keep job area clean and safe; report any issues to office.
