Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants seeks a Maintenance Technician I to join our on-site team in Fort Collins, CO. You will contribute to property care, complete routine repairs, and support preventative maintenance while growing trade skills for advancement in our multifamily portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year maintenance or porter experience, basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting, and a High School Diploma or GED. A basic tool kit and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to safely operate hand and basic power tools to complete minor repairs.
• Understanding chemical safety procedures.
• Basic computer and mobile literacy; familiarity with work-order systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Support seasonal preparation and storm response.
• Maintain clean work and storage areas.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Follow all company safety protocols.
• Maintain a basic personal tool kit.
• Complete required training and compliance courses.
• This role may include additional duties consistent with the position.
