Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC in Texas is seeking dynamic technicians to support property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. You will perform general maintenance, respond to work orders, and coordinate with external contractors.

Ideal candidates have proven facilities maintenance experience, strong mechanical skills across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC), ability to read schematics, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals; welding a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment; supervise external contractors for specialized work.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
