Qualifications

Requires high school diploma and four years of full-time experience in related job functions.
Experience in two or more skilled trades such as electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
Valid driver's license.
Combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

Performs repairs to buildings, structures and equipment in two or more trade functions (electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
Inspects, operates, or tests machinery to troubleshoot issues.
Provides training and guidance to others in areas of skill.
Assists with routine and preventative repairs in related trades.
Sets up and cleans facilities for events; maintains logs and records.
