Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience in the general field, including the operations of light or heavy equipment.
• Valid Florida driver's license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry duties: install/repair windows and doors, drywall, siding, roofing, and related structures.
• Perform plumbing duties: repair or replace faucets, leaks, drains, and sinks.
• Perform painting duties: prepare surfaces, mix paints, and paint interior/exterior areas.
• Perform masonry duties: mix/concrete work and finish surfaces.
• Perform electrical duties: install/repair switches, fixtures, and wiring components.
• Adhere to safety procedures to protect self and others.
• Coordinate with supervisors and perform duties as assigned.
• Carry out other related duties as needed.
