Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building hardware as scheduled.
• Receive and respond to daily work orders from department head.
• Repair or replace hardware, minor carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and escalate major concerns.
