Job summary

All Things Commercial, LLC in Pearland, TX, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to service Restaurant/Retail facilities, perform repairs, and maintain equipment. The role requires hands-on skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related trades.

You will respond to work orders, document work with photos and notes, and travel to regional facilities as needed. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass background and drug screens are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in commercial maintenance or construction.
• Hands-on mechanical experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of Restaurant/Retail facilities and equipment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs; after hours and weekends.
• Receive work orders and follow manager instructions.
• Install, troubleshoot and repair water heaters, faucets, drains, outlets, lighting and more.
• Service all trades except HVAC and roofing.
• Travel to regional facilities; maintain stock of materials and tools.
• Comply with safety regulations; keep areas and vehicle clean.
• Provide before/after photos with descriptions and materials used.
• Assess work orders needing quotes and describe required materials.
• Arrive on time with a professional appearance.
• Occasional overnight travel for larger projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
