Qualifications

• Must be able to use a computer to generate work orders.

Responsibilities

• Supports the School’s mission and adheres to policies.
• Utilizes facilities management software.
• Documents building surfaces and deficiencies.
• Performs general masonry and related surface work.
• Welds with electric arc or gas welder.
• Maintains plumbing systems for landscapes and pools.
• Reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Assists in Crisis Management Operations.
• Prepares and applies paints and finishes to surfaces.
• Operates power tools and equipment safely.
• Erects scaffolding and access equipment.
• Selects colors in consultation with school personnel.
• Prepares line stripping layouts for streets and parking lots.
• Handles hazardous materials safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
