Qualifications

• Three years of experience in maintenance-related fields.
• Basic electrical skills through internal training recommended.
• Capability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Address, follow up and document service requests.
• Maintain inventory of supplies.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC units and related systems.
• Perform on-call maintenance as scheduled.
• Repair grounds and drainage and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Maintain tools per company requirements.
• Address emergency maintenance as needed.
• Support community engagement and teamwork.
