Signarama Fond du Lac is seeking a dependable, hands-on Production & Shop Assistant to join our Fond du Lac team. This is not a desk job; every day brings variety, from receiving materials to cutting, assembling, packaging and delivering signs.

We value reliability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are expected, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow in a local family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production work experience preferred but not required.
• Able to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools.
• Dependable, detail-oriented and willing to learn new tasks.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive materials and finished products.
• Check incoming materials for accuracy and damage.
• Package signs and graphics for delivery, pickup or installation.
• Perform quality-control checks on completed work.
• Organize and stage finished jobs.
• Assist installation crews with signs and components.
• Cut boards, panels and sign substrates.
• Use basic hand and power tools.
• Make local deliveries and vendor pickups.
• Load and transport signs and materials safely.
• Maintain organized production, receiving and staging areas.
• Help keep production moving by jumping in where needed.
