Job summary

Signarama Fond du Lac is seeking a dependable, hands-on Production & Shop Assistant to join our team. This role isn't a desk job; every day brings a new task—from receiving materials to cutting sign panels and preparing installations.

No sign experience required; we can teach you. A valid driver's license is required for local deliveries, and you will help keep production moving and organized while ensuring high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or similar fields is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and take pride in quality work.
• Must be able to lift and move materials as part of production.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving materials and finished products.
• Check incoming materials for accuracy and damage.
• Package signs and graphics for delivery, pickup or installation.
• Perform quality-control checks on finished work.
• Organize and stage finished jobs.
• Help ensure installation crews have the signs and components they need.
• Cut boards, panels and sign substrates.
• Assist with sign and component assembly.
• Use basic hand and power tools.
• Make local deliveries and vendor pickups.
• Safely load and transport signs and materials.
• Organize tools, materials and supplies.
• Keep production, receiving and staging areas clean and organized.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep production moving.
