Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders and maintains a balanced drawer following cash handling procedures.
• Educates customers about Goodwill programs and directs complex questions to the right person.
• Maintains clean sales floor and properly merchandises merchandise.
• Supports eCommerce and ClickGoodwill activities, handling product tagging and packing.
• Scans and processes donations and ensures correct staging for display or online sale.
• Operates or assists with moving/stock tasks and keeps backroom organized.
