Job summary

Denny's, Inc. is seeking a capable short order cook, line cook, grill cook, or breakfast cook to ensure hot, fresh meals and timely service in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will manage multiple tickets, coordinate orders, and prepare breakfast through dinner while maintaining food safety and teamwork with servers. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling is offered, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience as a short order cook or line cook preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tickets.
• Must be 18+ and able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cook entire meals simultaneously across orders.
• Coordinate multiple tickets with timing and accuracy.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrées.
• Operate grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment safely.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards.
• Collaborate with servers to deliver guest experiences.
• Keep station clean and organized for rushes.
