Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook entire meals simultaneously and coordinate items for each order.
• Manage multiple tickets with attention to timing and accuracy.
• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrées.
• Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and portion-control standards.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to deliver great guest experiences.
• Keep station clean and ready for the next rush.
