Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, guest-service, housekeeping, or food-service preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to perform all Inn keeping responsibilities including guest services, housekeeping, laundry, breakfast, and property care.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide warm, professional hospitality.
• Manage guest check-in, check-out, reservations, payments, and hotel systems.
• Answer phones, texts, emails, and guest questions.
• Assist with luggage, guest requests, special occasions, late arrivals, and in-room needs.
• Serve as a concierge by recommending restaurants, attractions, transportation, and Williamsburg experiences.
