Grace Harbour seeks a motivated Mental Health Multisystemic Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy to youth and families, assessing, developing, and delivering individualized treatment plans in home, school, and community settings.

You will engage families, collaborate with schools and service providers for coordinated care, provide crisis intervention when needed, and participate in ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field is required.
• Experience working with youth and families preferred.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy to youth and families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
• Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
• Be an integral part of a team-oriented environment.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
