Job summary

Grace Harbour seeks a dedicated Multisystemic Therapist to provide in-home, school, and community-based therapy to youth and families using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach. You will engage families, collaborate with schools and partners, and participate in crisis intervention to ensure safety and stability.

The role requires a Master’s degree in counseling-related field, licensure eligibility or full licensure, and experience with youth and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Licensure: Qualified Professional License Eligible (LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT) or full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Experience with youth and families; strong communication and collaboration skills.
