Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized therapy to youth and families in home, school, and community settings using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
  • Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication and positive parenting.
  • Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies.
  • Be an integral part of a team-oriented environment.

About the Role

Location: Clayton County/Jonesboro

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate professionals to join our Multisystemic Therapy team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. If you are inspired to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Mental Health Multisystemic Therapist, you’ll provide evidence‑based therapeutic services to youth and families. In this role, you will assess, develop, and deliver individualized treatment plans that empower clients to navigate life’s challenges, improve their well‑being, and strengthen family relationships. Compensation

This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.

  • Compensation: $51,993 - $73,494

Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience (QP through Licensed Clinician).

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
  • Candidates possessing a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field.
Licenses & Certifications

  • License Eligible ( LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT)
  • Full License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with youth and families.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families.
