Grace Harbour is a private outpatient mental health practice serving Georgia and South Carolina, inviting skilled clinicians to join our Multisystemic Therapy team. You will assess, develop, and deliver individualized treatment plans to empower youth and families to navigate life challenges and strengthen family relationships.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Georgia.
• Experience working with youth and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy to youth and families in home, school, and community settings using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
• Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication and positive parenting.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies.
• Be an integral part of a team-oriented environment.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
