Job summary

Grace Harbour, an ncgCARE partner, is seeking a Mental Health Multisystemic Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy to youth and families. You will assess, develop, and deliver individualized treatment plans that empower clients to navigate life’s challenges and strengthen family relationships.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy to youth and families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
• Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
• Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.

Education
