Job summary

evidencebasedassociates is seeking a qualified MST clinician to provide trauma-informed, multisystemic therapy to families in crisis. The role involves conducting MST assessments, coordinating with caregivers and systems, and maintaining a small caseload while ensuring fidelity to MST principles.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and licensure under supervision (LPC-Associate/LMFT-Associate/LMSW) with potential for full licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensure required: LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under supervision; full licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MST assessments, review referral information, engaging key participants, and analyze systemic strengths/weaknesses.
• Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families.
• Engage caregivers and key participants in change-oriented treatment, addressing barriers to engagement.
• Implement the MST Analytic Process: problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review, and strategy revision.
• Document treatment efforts clearly and concisely, demonstrating compliance with MST Principles.
• Collaborate with relevant systems and key participants to maintain treatment alignment.
• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST-compatible practices.
• Participate in MST training, supervision, consultation, and professional development.
• All services are delivered in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner.
• Must be able to work on and have knowledge of a PC (personal computer).
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software.
