Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems for troubleshooting and repair.
• Proficient in general maintenance tasks such as painting and carpentry to keep facilities in optimal condition.
• Excellent problem solving to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities for safety compliance and future reference.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team and address maintenance requests.
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment as required.

Responsibilities
