Qualifications

• Two years of experience in general maintenance and repair of machinery and buildings.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturers’ specifications and instructions.
• Ability to operate standard power and hand tools safely.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform general replacement, upkeep, and repair of plumbing and electrical fixtures.
• Repair wiring, fixtures, motors, and controls to maintain systems.
• Install and repair steam, water, and sewage lines.
• Operate and service boilers, HVAC systems, and machinery.
• Conduct safety-compliant cleaning and maintenance of tools and work areas.
• Operate snow removal equipment when required.
• Assist with minor masonry and building repairs.
