Job summary

Action Facilities Management is seeking a General Maintenance Worker in Augusta, ME to perform a variety of preventative and general maintenance tasks across buildings, systems, equipment, and machinery. The position is Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm, unionized, with responsibilities including routine inspections, tool upkeep, and documenting work details.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand and power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on buildings, systems, equipment and machinery.
• Assist in preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and related components.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and materials used.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
