Job summary

Red Monkey Foods, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Production Operator in Springfield, MO to safely and efficiently operate multiple stations on the bath salt production line. You will follow GMPs, ensure containers are correctly filled and labeled, and assist with packing and palletizing as required.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 55 pounds, and work as part of a team. Training on the LOT machine and batch tickets will be provided to ensure accurate production

Qualifications

• Able to operate multiple stations on assigned production line.
• Lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Complete production documentation.
• Set up the LOT machine.
• Work well in a team and follow GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Safety: follow safe work practices and report hazards.
• Food safety: comply with GMPs and report violations.
• Operate multiple stations and ensure efficient product flow.
• Weigh filled product packages for fill accuracy and label correctness.
• Box, stack, palletize, and prepare products for shipping.
