Qualifications

• Previous food plant experience required
• Forklift truck experience and license required
• Basic math skills required
• Able to stand 60–90% of the day

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to specification. Fill and label products.
• Read batch reports to set up machines per order specification.
• Verify batch weights and quantities through calculations.
• Assist Group Leader and Production Supervisor in training new employees and competency reviews.
• Follow plant safety, emergency, conduct, maintenance and sanitation policies.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices for care, handling and storage of food products
