Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following our recipe cards.
• Work multiple stations during service as needed.
• Prep ingredients ahead of and during shifts.
• Support the Senior Cook and Head Cook with daily setup and breakdown.
• Help maintain food-safety and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
• Assist with inventory and stocking as needed.
• Communicate clearly with the rest of theteam during busy periods.
