CSI Pharmacy in Plano, TX is seeking an Employee Health and Compliance Nurse to implement the Nursing Department's employee health program across states, ensuring TB screening, immunization tracking, and exposure management align with OSHA and CDC guidance.

You will collaborate with Nursing, HR, Risk Management, and Compliance to maintain records, support licensure efforts, and monitor regulatory changes to ensure high standards of employee health and safety.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard and related logs and plans.
• Knowledge of CDC tuberculosis screening and testing guidance for healthcare personnel.
• Strong written documentation skills and audit-ready files.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate regulatory requirements clearly to non-clinical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage Employee Health Program in accordance with OSHA/CDC and state licensing requirements.
• Review pre-employment and ongoing employee health screenings for nurses, TB risk, and testing; determine follow-up actions.
• Maintain vaccination records, track compliance, and manage declinations and renewals.
• Coordinate Hepatitis B vaccination offers and declination documentation.
• Maintain separate employee health files per state requirements and monitor regulatory changes.
• Advise leadership on employee health risks and mitigation strategies.
• Handle exposure, injury, and incident management including post-exposure protocols.
• Maintain OSHA Sharps Injury Log and OSHA 300 Log with Risk Management/HR.
• Develop and implement infection-control protocols for home settings and PPE procedures.
• Lead TB education and infection-control training for direct care staff.
• Support license, certification, and registry verification processes where employee health intersects with employability.
