Planet Pharma is seeking a Staff Nurse RN to deliver occupational health services across US plasma centers. Responsibilities include acute care, wellness coaching, immunization administration, hearing and vision testing, and case management of work-related injuries.

Minimum 3–5 years in occupational health nursing with current RN licensure is required. The role involves on-site work across multiple locations and coordination with the Return to Work team.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited BSN or ADN program.
• Active state RN licensure is required.
• Experience in occupational health nursing is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care for injuries and illnesses with first aid, medical assessment and referrals.
• Coordinate pre-placement exams, health assessments and wellness counseling.
• Administer Hearing Conservation and Vision Testing programs and PPE guidance.
• Deliver occupational health services across plasma center sites nationwide.
• Triaging injuries by phone and coordinating appropriate care and follow-up.
• Create and maintain Employee Medical Files and related records.
• Lead Respiratory Protection program testing and compliance activities.
• Collaborate on budgeting and procurement for OH department needs.
• Conduct new hire assessments and participate in on-call rotations.
• Coordinate Employee Assistance Programs and support work-life balance initiatives.
