Morgan Properties in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Service Technician to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry and general maintenance tasks across our community. This full-time role emphasizes responsive service and resident satisfaction while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete service requests including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support day-to-day property upkeep.
• Complete make-readies and help maintain curb appeal and community appearance.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in line with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
• Respond quickly and professionally to service requests and resident concerns.
• Keep residents, office staff, and maintenance leadership updated on repairs and progress.
