Job summary

Quality Talent Group is helping a nonprofit health system with over 600 centers hire Registered Nurses (RNs) across multiple specialties. Positions are offered as Full Time or Part Time with Day/Night shifts to accommodate different schedules.

Qualified applicants hold an active RN license (state or compact) and BLS certification, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
