Job summary

Quality Talent Group is partnering with a nonprofit health system to recruit Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple specialties. Day and night shifts are available, with full-time and part-time options in a supportive clinical setting.

RNs will deliver comprehensive care, monitor medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. An active RN license in the state of employment and BLS are required, with growth and education opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
