Quality Talent Group's client, a nonprofit health system with 600 centers across multiple states, seeks Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple specialties. Roles include Day/Night shifts, full-time and part-time options, and the chance to impact thousands of patients' lives.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in their state or a compact license, plus BLS certification and the ability to work both independently and with a team in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
