Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for a nonprofit health system with more than 600 centers across multiple states. We offer multiple specialties, with full-time or part-time roles and day or night shifts.

As an RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, monitor medications, support patient education, document care, and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes for thousands of patients. Active RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
