Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop/update care plans.
• Implement provider-directed interventions and follow-up activities.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens and support diagnostic workflows.
• Review, interpret, and communicate lab results to patients and providers.
