TeleMed2U is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead its multi-specialty provider recruitment across the US, overseeing full-cycle recruiting for physicians, advanced practice providers, and psychotherapy providers to support clinical growth.

You will partner with the director of provider recruitment, develop staffing plans, optimize pipelines, and mentor a distributed recruiting team while ensuring compliance and an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for a mix of roles (clinical, technical, operational, and leadership), preferably in healthcare/telehealth.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and selection practices.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate recruiting teams in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and standard office tools.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a recruiting strategy aligned with TeleMed2U’s growth plans and values.
• Partner with Operations and department leaders to understand hiring needs and create workforce plans.
• Identify sourcing channels for clinical roles across 20 specialties.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Ensure timely, high-quality candidate communication and experience.
• Guide hiring managers on interviewing practices and decision criteria.
• Coordinate interview processes and hiring events where applicable.
• Lead and manage Recruiting staff with coaching and performance management.
• Set team goals aligned with time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.
• Foster a collaborative, service-oriented recruiting culture.
• Develop proactive candidate pipelines through sourcing and referrals.
• Manage Greenhouse ATS and reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Standardize processes and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Partner with HR on background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Track key metrics and report on recruiting performance.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes.
