Job summary

Specialized Clinic in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide direct patient care across multiple specialties, partner with physicians, and support clinic operations. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Georgia.
• Board certification (AANP/ANCC for NP; NCCPA for PA).
• 2–3 years of multispecialty or outpatient clinical experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with histories, exams, and diagnostic workups.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with supervising providers.
• Coordinate follow-up care and order/interpret labs and imaging.
• Provide patient education and chronic disease management.
• Facilitate referrals and collaborate with specialty teams.
• Support clinic growth and telehealth expansion where applicable.
