Job summary

Elios Healthcare is seeking a physician assistant to join our Alpharetta clinic in a collaborative care setting. You will work autonomously within a team, seeing patients in a primary care environment and building your patient panel.

Qualifications

• Active GA license and board certification as FNP or PA.
• 1+ year of experience in a primary care or family medicine setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients aged 16+ in a collaborative clinic.
• Build and manage your patient panel with autonomy.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Leverage referral networks and call center for patient access.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and autonomous Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative care team in our Alpharetta clinic.

What You Can Expect:

• Average census: 12–14 patients per day (some providers see 17–20+)
• Flexible scheduling and autonomy to build your panel and pace
• Primary care focus on patients aged 16+, but we care for the whole family when needed
• Most patients are aged 30+, with steady referrals from our high-volume call center (600+ calls/day)
• Strong referral relationships with urgent care partners and vendors

Ideal Candidate:

• Active GA license and board certification as FNP or PA
