Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health). The Clinical Assistant role is based at our Waconia and Chaska locations, is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with possible evening shifts; no weekends.

Travel to additional TCO sites in the western suburbs may be required. Responsibilities include preparing and stocking exam rooms, rooming patients, recording data in the EHR, assisting multiple specialties, and supporting care coordination

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• CMA/AT-C/CNA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology required.
• Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, pharmacology, and treatment assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and clean exam room.
• Room patients and prepare for exam.
• Maintain an efficient, organized clinical flow.
• Gather and verify patient information; compile medical data.
• Assist with documentation into the EHR system.
• Prep for injections, dressings, casts, and remove sutures under supervision.
• Enter orders in CPOE under provider direction.
• Support multiple specialties and assist Care Coordinator as needed.
• Assist with medical supply inventory and ordering.
