Job summary

Granger Medical Clinic in Riverton, Utah seeks an experienced Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Pediatric departments.

The APP will provide patient care, conduct evaluations, manage follow-ups, and coordinate treatment plans with physicians. EMR documentation is done in eClinicalWorks, under a collaborative multi-specialty team.

Qualifications

• Utah licensure as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner and relevant board certification/eligibility.
• Proper credentialing prior to treating patients.
• Preferred 2 years post-graduation experience.
• Preferred internal medicine, sports medicine or pediatrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine and Pediatric services.
• Perform evaluation, management, follow-up, and medication management.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians.
• Document patient encounters in eClinicalWorks EMR.
