Job summary

Granger Medical Clinic seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP), preferably an NP, to support the Cancer Clinic, Medically Integrated Dispensary, and pursue research within the Urology Group. The APP will address Urology patient needs, coordinate care, and manage treatment plans in a busy setting, with EMR duties in eClinicalWorks.

Minimum requirements include Utah PA/NP licensure, board certification/eligibility, and preferred 1-2 years of Urology experience.

Qualifications

• Utah licensure as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Board Certification/Eligible.
• Preferred experience: 1-2 years, Urology-focused.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage Urology-specific patient needs.
• Develop surgery-related treatment plans and medication regimens.
• EMR chart management in eClinicalWorks and care coordination.

Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Employment Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP), preferably a Nurse Practitioner (NP), to dedicate approximately 50% of their time to supporting the Cancer Clinic and Medically Integrated Dispensary, with the remaining 50% focused on research opportunities within the Urology Group.

Overview

The APP is responsible for Urology-specific patient needs, including but not limited to; evaluation and management, surgery-related treatment plans, appropriate medications and the ability to provide excellent care in a busy environment. EMR Chart management performed within eClinicalWorks.
